We had so much fun at our winter party! Lots of creativity and sweets. We made some adorable and unique snow men, ate goodies, and had a snow ball fight in Texas... With "sock" snow balls. Fun fun fun! And we got to wear our PJs all day!

Mollusks, Crustaceans and only a few fish go through metamorphosis as well. See links for more details We are going on an Art Field Trip to the Contemporary Art Museum on Wednesday. Salome and Neal classes don't need to pack a lunch but Wilder's class does.

Here is the link: Briles Website Students can also read and watch videos about the candidates on Newsela.com. Science: Generator Project The Generator Project is due Wednesday, March 9th. Here are some diagrams to help. Also, go to the links page, scroll all the way down, to Alternative Resources, and visit the Wind Energy and Generator Links for more information and videos. Your generator does not have to work. You just need to make a model of one. However, if you can/would like to, you can make a working generator for extra credit and do so in a group of no more than three students (to help with cost and time).
