1. Pass out Rate Your Health and Feelings Handout, students complete
2. Show the link below and talk about nutrition labels, also have students look in their notebooks and find notes we took on nutrition labels (around September 17th)
How to read nutrition labels- (this is just review, we've already learned about nutrition labels, but here is some more info)
3. Then have students complete the Nutrition Label Comparison handout
4. Next, show the kids how to plan for a healthy meal. Show the link below:
Choose My Plate- what should we have on our plates when we eat? Here is some helpful info on how to plan what you eat
5. Students then complete the Plan a Healthy Meal handout
6. Then they should turn in all handouts in the science turn in box.
7. Pass out vocab and put in science notebooks. Also pass out Bingo cards and tokens to tables. There are three different bingo mats. Play bingo 2 times.

8. Show students the Advocate PPT that is on the desktop of the innovation station.
